The project is aimed at getting people out in the woods and doing heritage / coppice crafts within a group setting. This involves them making bowls, spoons, knives, stools and boxes out of cut trees using hand tools. The technical term for this is "green woodworking" or "coppice crafting".

It's aimed at anyone over the age of 18, regardless of whether they have a diagnosed mental health condition or not. Experience is not necessary as our Rangers will faciliate the session and guide them through their skill development.
